Chairman of the Board
Robert (Rob) Manning, Baker Capital
Robert Manning joined Baker Capital in 2002 as a general partner. Prior to joining Baker Capital, Manning was CFO of Intermedia Communications, Inc., an integrated communications services provider, and was a director of its majority-owned subsidiary, Digex, Inc., a provider of complex, managed Web-hosting services. Intermedia was acquired for over $6 billion in 2001. Prior to his work at Intermedia, Manning was an investment banker to the cable television and communications industries for nine years, acting as both agent and principal. He left investment banking in 1991 to become one of the founding executives of DMX, Inc., a digital audio cable network that was sold to Liberty Media in 1996. Manning serves on the boards of ADAPTIX (as chairman); Canal+; Broadview, Inc.; and Interxion Holding, N.V. Manning is a graduate of Williams College.

David C. Ruberg, Baker Capital
David Ruberg joined Baker Capital in 2001 as CEO in residence and became a general partner in 2003. Prior to joining Baker Capital, Ruberg was CEO and chairman of Intermedia Communications, a broadband communications services provider, as well as chairman of its majority-owned subsidiary, Digex, Inc., a Web hosting company. While chairman of Intermedia, Ruberg acquired Digex, repositioned it, and then took it public. Prior to his work at Intermedia, he was general manager of Data General's PC and Systems Integration Division and also led the company's WAN Products Division. Before his tenure at Data General, Ruberg built large development organizations at software, database, and data communications and equipment companies. He began his career as a scientist at AT&T Bell Labs, contributing to the development of operating systems. Ruberg serves on the boards of Broadview, Interxion (as chairman), QSC AG, and Permabit. Ruberg holds a bachelor's degree from Middlebury College and received his master's in computer and communication sciences from the University of Michigan.

Alfred Kane, Baker Capital
Alfred Kane joined Baker Capital as CEO in residence in July 2002. Prior to this, he was the group CEO (1994-2002) of Eircom Plc, the Irish National Telecommunications Operator, and during that period he led the transformation and subsequent public listing of the company. Previously, Kane was the operations director of British Telecom's World Wide Networks Division (1988-1994) and CEO of British Telecom Northern Ireland (1984-1988). He has over 25 years of operational experience at CEO or director level in all areas of the telecom, mobile, and cable TV industries. Kane also serves on the board of Action Engine. He is a graduate of Queen's University Belfast and holds a postgraduate diploma in business studies.
